Lemon Sublime first opened its doors as a tiny boutique salon in Douglasdale in September 2013. After many experiences at various salons and spas, both working as a therapist and visiting as a client,  Hayley decided to pursue her dream and start her own salon - Lemon Sublime Skin Care and Beauty Salon.
So what's in a name?
Lemons have many properties that are beneficial to the skin and body. Lemons are full of Vitamin C and Citric Acid. These help in brightening, as well as smoothing the skin texture, making it look more radiant and youthful. Lemons can also assist in the treatment of acne due to their antibacterial properties.
When ingested, lemons have many beneficial properties on the body such as detoxification, aiding weight-loss, boosting the immune system and aiding digestion. A healthy internal body environment also does wonders to the skin.
Lemons and limes remind one of lazy summer days by the beach or pool...a glass of ice cold water with a few slices of lemon or lime is super refreshing.
In winter, a mug of steaming hot water with lemon and honey goes down a treat when fighting or warding off cold and flu infections.
'Sublime' resonates luxury...awesomeness...outstanding...complete.
At Lemon Sublime, I believe your experience should be just that - from the moment you step into the salon, throughout the therapeutic treatment you receive and long after your treatment is complete. I believe in a complete treatment, making sure you receive excellent value for money. I believe each client should feel like they are special and valued.
Did you know?
The colour green has a profound effect on the mind and body. Green is the colour of balance and harmony and it is helfpul in alleviating stress. This is another one of the reasons behind the name, 'Lemon Sublime'  - with limes being green.

Lemon Sublime is the ultimate pamper experience. Hayley, your genuine care you take with each treatment makes me always feel special and whole again. Your salon is calm, cosy and relaxing. What you do and the way you do it works. - Miriam
